You’ve got a great idea, so now you need to do some research. To work out if your brilliant idea will become a profitable business, here are a few things you’ll need to research, to help you develop a business plan.
How would you describe your product or service? Do you make, sell or do? How much does it cost to make and sell?
Who are you competing with? What are their strengths and weaknesses.
Who are your customers? How will they find out about you?
What is your USP? (Unique selling point) What makes you stand out from the crowd?
